I recently took a trip to Mexico and everyday on our walk to the Ocean we’d pass this cat. Bare building, weird cat — naturally I loved it.

I’ve been in training at real work for the past two days. I think I learned something yesterday, but today — no. Nothing. I don’t get it. But whateves, I did make this, don’t tell :) If anyone asks, I am totally exporting cfg’s and dif’s … whatever those are?

The holidays are OVER, thank the lord! I am sure you all think I am crazy, but I don’t mind, the holidays for me are more than overwhelming. 1. my business is always a bit cray-cray. 2. my family is huge so there are a lot of events. 3. all my friends from childhood have left Seattle so they all come back and I want to see them all, all the time, and I cannot, and it bugs me.

So, here is to the new year. I don’t have any resolutions, but maybe I will consider something. The tabloids are telling me to get skinnier, but I don’t think that’s a good idea. Maybe I will try and work less, or keep my house clean or something. We’ll see.

I swear a lot, it’s bad. I even do it at work and I really shouldn’t. So maybe I will start saying this instead? I doubt it will work, but it’s worth a shot. And, I just think this sign is neat, isn’t it neat?

A Big Ol’ Family

My mom has 6 sisters and 2 brothers, most of which have three kids and some of those kids are having kids. Needless to say, I have a big family! I was having dinner with my parents last night and my mom was talking about this photo — it was taken before her family left Rock Springs, WY to drive west to Port Orchard, where all 11 of them lived in a one bedroom motor-home for a while. I am sure it was only a few weeks, but you know when your parents tell you a story when you are little and it one day seems like one year?! Anywho, my mom’s family history is pretty neat, so I thought I would share a little!

Oh, and I got a promotion at the real work, nbd.

I’m not much of a Halloween fan, but if I could get my hands on a costume like this — well then, I might reconsider.
